Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED This class meets the requirements for the CPR and First Aid portion of California Title 22 and EMSA for Childcare Providers and School Bus Drivers. The course is intended for those involved in childcare who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. This audience includes childcare workers, school bus drivers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, youth organizations, and coaches for children’s sports organizations. This course is also ideal for parents, grandparents, extended family, babysitters, and guardians. Blended Learning Up to 5 hrs online + Up to 3 hrs in-class skills session This Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR-AED Blended Course has 2 Parts: Part 1 - Online Heartsaver Course: (Up to 5 hours) Prior to the skills session, all participants must complete the Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR-AED online course through the American Heart Association eLearning website (sold separately for $23.00 on AHA website: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartsaver-pediatric-first-aid-cpr-aed-online Part 2 - In-person Instructor-Led skills session (up to 3 hours) Student MUST bring the AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR-AED online course Certificate of Completion to the Skills Session Skills Session Fee: $75 eBook Included The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online Course includes an online eBook, so there is no need to purchase that separately. Student has access to eBook for 24 months. Certification Issued 2 year American Heart Association eCard This class is NOT for Healthcare Providers Please sign up for a BLS class if you're a medical/dental professional or student.
